Big tapered cones.

These big tapered cones are about all I have ready.  I am guessing that is not going to be enough.

New Necklace

The beads for this necklace have been laying on my work table for almost a year all set aside to make this necklace up.  I seem to not be giving myself time to make new jewelry.
That is something that I just really must change.  I love making jewelry.
I did get this piece ready in time to bring it to Omaha for the show.  So come and see it for yourself. It is so much nicer in person. I just can not seem to take great pictures of these large necklaces.  Of course we have also had rainy drizzly days all week which does not help.
I almost forgot I did make some new earrings to go with the necklace.

Large Cone Beads

I so wanted to get more of these big cone pairs finished up before Tucson but alas I don't think it is going to happen.  I love these they are almost 2 inches long and they are great to use on crocheted beaded ropes or kumihimo.

I have been working on my Alice's Garden Flowers...

...as well, so I had to make a batch of the large and small cones to fill the tray.
I love the tiny cones because they can be used as bead caps and tassel tops as well.

Big Cone shaped beads.

These new big cone beads are headed to WI and IL with me early early tomorrow morning.  If you want to see where the trunk shows will be check here.  http://tanyamcguire.blogspot.com/2014/09/upcoming-trunk-shows.html  I do know that every one of the trunk shows I will be doing demos and a couple of people have mentioned snacks.  So if you are any where close do stop in to see me.

A new necklace.

Something new.  A very long crocheted rope with some of my fancy new cone beads as the ends.  I just love how this came out as the rope is so soft and supple. I took it to Minneapolis a couple of weeks ago and everyone seemed to like it.
Of course I had to make a pair of earrings or two to go with it.

I know everyone is trying to get ready for Thanksgiving but I wanted to give everyone a heads up about my SALE.

I was just going to run a one day buy handmade sale on Black Friday but due to my son having a route canal yesterday I have decided to run it for the entire holiday weekend.  So the coupon code is good from now until Sunday at midnight.  The coupon code BUYHANDMADE will get you a 20% discount on your order from my Etsy store.  If you have never used a coupon code on Etsy before you might want to review Etsy's help page on this https://www.etsy.com/help/article/350?ref=help_search_result
