Something new:Well it has been a week again but I have been working hard to bring you something new to look at. The set above is made with recycled bottle beads. I just love the color and the seed bead mix I used for the spiral matched so well. The mix is called Seaweed and is from Glass Garden Beads.
I of course had to make a bracelet and earrings to match.
Then this copper piece is one I have wanted to make something in this style for a while just had not gotten too it. I love the copper rings and the hand forged toggle I made for it. You can not really tell but it hooks in front.

I am off to Moline IL the end of the week so I hope to show off some beads before I leave but one of my concentrators is in the shop so we shall see.

"Smoke"
Just because I loved this glass combination.
"Little Bicones".
Isn't this a cool shape I have been trying to get it for ever and wow! I finally found a way to make them.
And the most fun "Horizon".

My friend Jodie has been making these gorgeous beads lately and they are a combination of three colors. Well when I went to take a stab at using her idea (yes I was copying) I stood looking for my third color and came up with a transparent so I added the other colors transparent so they are not really three colors but four kinds of glass two colors one transparent and one opaque of each. I sure had fun making them and have ideas for some more combinations when I get home next week.

Some new beads for you to enjoy!First up are Frosted both the gray and black and the white. For some reason the black even looks like frosted smoke guess because it was real cold here again today.
The these two sets which were inspired by my friend Tera from Beady Girl Beads she does the most amazing things with dots I can not even come close.

Well hello again! I know I know I have been gone a long time and have not left any eye candy for a very long time. And frankly this is just more of a drive by than you might imagine. I have been trying to do a little decluttering and so have opened an Etsy shop for Destashing some of the many things I have in my craft room that I have not used in ages.

Now as you can imagine I have done every craft there is and I can never find what I need when I need it for a project so I almost always buy new when I shouldn't and of course as soon as I get rid of something I know I will want it back.

I did already take four paper grocery bags of magazines out of that room and yes I have a craft room in the house as well as a studio in the barn. I need to destash out there as well but there is not as much in the studio that I do not use as there is in the sewing and craft room.

If you are interested in this kind of thing do keep checking back because there is lots more to come in the weeks and months ahead.

Now there is a thumbnail list to the right for the shop but here is a direct link if you would like to visit.

Hmm! looks like you have to go to the bottom of the post it would not fit here.

Have a great night.
