How fast a week can go!

It just amazes me how fast a week can go. I swear I was just in DesMoines yesterday and driving home. I seem to have let the week go by without getting very much at all done. I do have something kind of exciting to tell you about though.

My son Brandon has opened his own Etsy store. It is called Dilithum and he is making jewelry from recycled circuit board parts. He has been busily taking boards apart for the last two days and he listed two pair of earrings last night. I know he has in his plans a necklace and a bracelet. It is really fun to watch him making something again. He used to do it all the time I still have a pair of earrings he made me when he was about 4. Any way he has a ways to go with getting the store all fancy but go check it out just for fun.

The week DID go fast!! The time is going to go fast till the MN show too! How great for Brandon with his shop! Fun stuff!
Cyd will have to have her picture taken with my bead monkey (as of yet un-named!)when we get to MN.

Yes they will need to have their pictures taken together. Cyd has a new outfit for the MN show and I am sure she will want to show it off.

Great to see Brandon making jewelry. Have him ask friends for dead remotes and calculators. The motherboards in those can be interesting as well.

Ha Brandon has enough parts and pieces to last a life time in that room of his. Including at least 2 calculators and one remote.

I enjoyed viewing your 'new for spring' pieces---wire beads, tiny faces, felt neck piece and the orange tiger beads. Can't wait to see what your artistic juices create once the sun comes out and the temp. starts to elevate. Tell Brandon I went to his site and was equally impressed with his artistic creations. Can't wait to see more creations by 'the McGuires' d.
