Giant Lentils

I promise this is not all I have gotten done in the last week and a half but it is about all I have that is fun to show you. I have been working hard to catch up on all the little special orders and things I have needed for my trays for shows. Just all the things that make you feel like you are behind when you really aren't.
We are headed out again this Friday for Madison WI to the Art Glass and Bead Show. These great big lentils will be going with me and added to those trays. For some reason this shape and size bead is always so much fun for me to make. I think it is because it is a large canvas so I get to really play with the glass and different designs.

............again this Friday. We are headed to Minneapolis for the Twin Cities Bead Bazaar and these new bead sets are headed there with us. Hopefully Jeff will have a better weekend this time than for our last trip. If you are anywhere near come and visit us.

Turkish Beaded Crochet

Jodie and I were looking at a You Tube video about Turkish Beaded Crochet and I started looking around for more info and found this somewhere. I am sorry I am not sure where I found it and I can not seem to find it again.

It is a crocheted flat braid with beads. You use two strands with beads on both strands. I had to make a little bracelet and I think it would be really fun to make a wrap bracelet by making it three times the length.
