Last weekends show.

I have been really busy all week and doing nothing really fun to share so I thought that I would show you a few pictures from last weekends show.
The new venue is very bright and open. I actually ended up closing the blinds because I was squinting from the sun. There were some vendors not here this year but I really did not get to go around and look. That is actually a good thing because it means I was busy.
Jodie and Tera were busy doing something here. I think they were counting beads but they were really concentrating.

Some soft Spring.......

..........flowers are headed for Etsy this weekend sometime. They are made with the new Gold Mist glass and are just so yummy. This picture in no way shows off how pretty the pearly surface of the Gold Mist is.
I also have some cabs I have been making to play with beading around. I think I am going to take them to the show this weekend. So if you are near DesMoines, IA stop by the Windsor Heights Community Center and take a peak.

...............to be priced and packed for this weekends show in DesMoines, IA. Oh I guess it is really in Windsor Heights. This is the bead show that has always been held at Living History Farms and has been moved to 6900 School St., Windsor Heights, IA.
I worked on two different color family's last week and when I went to put them together into sets I had more than I thought which is always a good thing.

Froggy necklace..................

.............by Kathi Tiede. I am not sure when Kathi got this bead from me I do remember making it. She has made a gorgeous kumihimo braid lariat for the bead that shows it off perfectly.
You can see the frog a little better in this picture.

Today must be............

..............be New Color Day. This is the palest of amber colors with a pearl shine to it, called Gold Mist. It is really opaly if that is a word. I was getting pictures ready of these spacers in a new color that I am going to list on Etsy and in looking at my friend Jodie's site I see that she just listed a new color too. Hop over there and check it out it is a really pretty purple
Also headed to Etsy later tonight are these spring flowers.

Row counter Bracelets

I finished up a few more row counter bracelets. Stitches South is coming up real fast and I need to be ready. Have to make stitch markers too but those are for another day.

This Months Button

This is my button for February. This button actually has a title. I hate trying to title pieces but this just came up while I was working on the button yesterday. It is called "Her Cold Cold Heart".
