The colors of fall fade as time goes on and winter sets in. These are called "Still Fall" because they still have the colors of the last of the season.
Well the Art Bag is coming along. The main portion of the bag and the weights on the flap got finished up this afternoon. Now I have to make all the accessories to go inside it. Sorry about the picture by the way no place was really good to take a picture tonight the wind just would not let it lay still outside.
I finally got some pictures taken of these new beads. "Festive Fall". And I just love the color combo. I have not gotten to make beads in several days though so this may be a drop in visit the way the week seems to be shaping up is much the same as last week. We spent the weekend having a garage sale and it is hard to make beads when you are doing stuff like that. I did get to go to the Yankton Summer Art Festival though on Sunday and really enjoyed getting to look around and not have to work. Any way I am off to other things this afternoon check in a few days there is another fall series in the kiln that is totally different from this one.
Hi! Just wanted to drop by and show you a few of the silvered ivory swirl beads I have been making the last few days. I now have a butter tub full of them and have moved on to something else. I had started them to fill my trays but I think I will make a few sets up too as while I was working I could see different color combos in my mind.
These are just some of the new black and white sets I have been working on the past few days. I am off to some more earthy colors now.
