Back to basics.
I had to make a few sets of basic dot beads, and I made them in some of the basic basic colors that I
love to work with over and over. This type and color of beads to me just seem classic.

I hadn't made ........
.............spiky necklaces for a little while. Then a customer asked for a commissioned piece and I got carried away making spikes.
This necklace hangs a little differently than the ones I have done in the past and I really like how the big cluster looks. That pop of red in there just had to be. :-)
Of course there had to be earrings to go with.

Joan's Necklace
One of my customers from Stitches Midwest, Joan Berenbaum, got the pendent in this picture from me a year ago. She made this fantastic beaded kumihimo necklace to use as a chain for the pendant. I love how the little white beads in the kumihimo piece make the white in the pendant pop out. A very talented lady don't you think?
